Settlement
I would like to request to settle earlier than the 14 days after the Developer calls for settlement and will have funds available to do so.I won’t be able to settle earlier than the 14 days and will settle on the 14th day as per the settlement date requested by the solicitor.

Moving In: We understand some of you have travel plans booked and would like to do our best to accommodate everyone. Based on the estimated dates at this stage being settlements to occur mid August, what dates would you potentially like to move in if possible.
